At the present rate of change, Humanity has an urgent need for a significantly deeper and more inclusive spiritual education. The Centre for Universal Spirituality aims to respond to this need.
The subject matter of the School is firmly rooted in modern psychology on the one hand and in the Wisdom Teachings of many traditions on the other.
With the ever-growing accessibility of outer knowledge, the need for inner knowing becomes evident – first knowing one's own nature and through knowing self, rightly relating to an ever expanding environment – horizontally and vertically. The main method for this kind of inner knowing is meditation. Therefore the teaching of meditation and of the human constitution - psychological and spiritual – is the basic activity in the School.
In all courses the study is conducted mainly in the form of structured guided meditations. This enables the student not only to respond intellectually, but to involve the feeling and intuitive faculties as well. Thus the student experiences him/herself in a wholeness and the teaching is received into this wholeness.
The teaching is geared towards gradually increasing awareness of higher or spiritual consciousness, and its later stabilization and utilization towards a fuller expression in the individual life and service.
The School for Meditation offers a structured training program, from basic meditation training, through several levels of self-inquiry, to a variety of specialized courses. All courses are structured programs, most of them lasting one academic year, with weekly meetings of 2-3 hours.

In line with the New Age of Universality and group consciousness, emphasis is put in all classes on the understanding, building and utilization of a unified group field.
Group sharing, discussion and sometimes short texts are part of the courses, in addition to the guided meditations.
All courses are conducted in Hebrew unless announced otherwise.
